What is Claimoniz?
Claimoniz is Saudi Arabia's first digital healthcare financing platform. We partner with private clinics to provide instant liquidity by financing their approved insurance claims, eliminating the traditional 45–90 days wait for insurer payouts so clinics can focus on patient care.
Who is Claimoniz for?
Our customers are private clinics and healthcare providers in Saudi Arabia who want faster cash flow from their approved insurance claims. Claimoniz does not provide medical services or financing to individual patients should contact their clinic or insurer directly.
Is Claimoniz licensed and regulated?
Yes. Claimoniz operates as a Shariah-compliant healthcare claim financing platform under the oversight of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) Regulatory Sandbox (registration no. 45069369).
Is Claimoniz Shariah-compliant?
Yes. Our financing uses Islamic finance structures primarily the Wakala (investment agency) model under the supervision of a dedicated Shariah committee. Our returns are fee-based (Ujrah and anticipated profit), never interest-based lending.
How does claims financing work?
Four simple steps: (1) Register and complete onboarding KYC and clinic verification. (2) Submit your approved insurance claims manually or via API; our platform validates them with AI-assisted checks. (3) Receive financing quickly into your verified bank account after approval. (4) When the insurer pays, funds are split automatically through the escrow arrangement per your agreement.
How fast will my clinic receive funds?
Eligible, validated claims can be funded in as little as 24 hours after approval instead of waiting 45–90 days for the insurer to pay.

What does the financing cost?
Our pricing is transparent and fee-based, in line with our Shariah-compliant Wakala structure. All fees (including VAT) are disclosed in your financing agreement before you sign there are no hidden charges and no interest.

What happens when the insurance company pays?
Insurer payouts flow into the designated collection account. The funds are then split automatically per your agreement Claimoniz recovers the financed amount and fees, and the remaining balance is transferred to your clinic.
What if the insurer delays or rejects a claim?
Is my clinic's data secure?
Yes. We follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), apply bank-grade security controls, and operate under SAMA oversight. Sensitive documents are stored securely and are never publicly accessible.
Can I change my clinic's bank account (IBAN) later?

Do patients deal with Claimoniz directly?
No. Claimoniz works exclusively with clinics and healthcare providers. Patients are never asked to pay Claimoniz, and we never request patients' personal or medical information through our public channels.

Your Claimoniz dashboard gives you a live view of everything: claim batches and validation status, financing requests, disbursements, escrow balances, repayment tracking, and downloadable reports and statements.
